Cuocere il riso integrale in un pentolino con il doppio del suo volume di acqua, portando a ebollizione. Ridurre il fuoco e coprire, lasciando cuocere per circa 30 minuti fino a completo assorbimento dell'acqua.

Nel frattempo, portare a ebollizione dell'acqua in una pentola e cuocere i fagiolini a vapore per 8-10 minuti, fino a quando non saranno teneri ma ancora croccanti.
