In una ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle, l'acqua tiepida, il lievito e il sale, lavorando fino a ottenere un impasto liscio. Lascia riposare coperto per 10 minuti.

In una padella antiaderente, riscalda un filo d'acqua e aggiungi l'aglio tritato, rosolandolo. Aggiungi il pollo macinato e cuoci per circa 5 minuti.

Unisci gli spinaci e lascia cuocere finché non si saranno appassiti. Togli dal fuoco e amalgama con lo yogurt greco, regolando di pepe e aggiungendo basilico fresco.

Stendi l'impasto su un foglio di carta forno formando un rettangolo di circa 20x15 cm.

Posiziona il ripieno al centro dell'impasto e arrotola, sigillando bene i bordi.
