Sciogliere il lievito nel latte tiepido in una ciotola, lasciando riposare qualche minuto fino a che non diventa schiumoso.

In una ciotola grande, mescolare l'uovo, il dolcificante, il sale e il lievito sciolto, quindi aggiungere la farina integrale e lo yogurt greco per formare un impasto liscio.

Coprire l'impasto con un canovaccio e lasciar lievitare in un luogo caldo fino a raddoppiare, circa 30 minuti.

Versare il composto nella pentola e cuocere a fuoco lento finché non si addensa, quindi aggiungere l'estratto di vaniglia e il cacao. Mettere da parte a raffreddare.

Disporre i panini ripieni sulla teglia, spennellarli con un tuorlo sbattuto e cuocere in forno per 15 minuti, fino a doratura.
