Method

In una ciotola, unire l'acqua tiepida e il lievito di birra secco, mescolare e lasciare riposare per 5 minuti.

Aggiungere lo yogurt greco, la farina di ceci, le proteine in polvere e il sale, impastare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Formare una palla con l'impasto e posizionarla su una teglia rivestita di carta forno. Coprire con un canovaccio e lasciare lievitare per 30 minuti in un luogo caldo.

Dopo la lievitazione, appiattire l'impasto con le mani fino a formare un disco di circa 10 cm di diametro e 1 cm di spessore.

Spennellare con l'olio d'oliva e cospargere con un pizzico di sale.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 15 minuti, fino a doratura. Lasciare raffreddare su una gratella.
