Method

In una ciotola, sciogliere il lievito di birra secco nell'acqua tiepida e lasciar riposare per 5 minuti.

Aggiungere le farine di segale e avena, il sale e i semi di girasole e lino. Mescolare fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Unire l'olio extravergine d'oliva e impastare su un piano leggermente infarinato per circa 10 minuti, fino a ottenere un composto elastico.

Mettere l'impasto in una ciotola leggermente unta, coprire con un panno umido e lasciar lievitare in un luogo caldo per circa 1 ora, fino al raddoppio del volume.

Preriscaldare il forno a 200°C. Trasferire l'impasto su una teglia foderata di carta forno e formare un pane o delle pagnottelle.

Cuocere in forno per 25-30 minuti, fino a quando la superficie è dorata e il pane suona vuoto quando battuto sul fondo.
