Metti a bollire una pentola d'acqua e aggiungi le patate dolci tagliate a cubetti, cuocendole per 5-6 minuti fino a che non risultano leggermente morbide. Scolale e mettile da parte.

In una padella grande, scalda l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la cipolla tritata. Fai rosolare per 4-5 minuti fino a renderla morbida e traslucida.

Aggiungi il petto di pollo e la carne di tacchino macinati, cuocendo fino a doratura, circa 7-8 minuti, mescolando per sminuzzare la carne.
