Inizia sbollentando leggermente i broccoli in acqua salata per circa 5 minuti, poi scolali e mettili da parte.

In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con il latte di mandorla, il parmigiano grattugiato, l'aglio tritato, la curcuma, il sale e il pepe, fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi i cubetti di petto di tacchino e i broccoli sbollentati al composto di uova e mescola bene.
