Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C.

In una ciotola, sbattere le uova e aggiungere l'albume d'uovo.

Unire la farina di ceci, gli spinaci tritati, la feta, lo yogurt greco, l'olio d'oliva, il sale, il pepe e la paprika, mescolando bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
