Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Pulisci i funghi champignon con un panno umido e rimuovi delicatamente i gambi.

Tritare finemente i gambi e rosolarli in padella con l'olio EVO e l'aglio schiacciato a fuoco medio per circa 3 minuti.
