In una pentola a fuoco basso, sciogliere la gelatina nei 3 cucchiai di acqua tiepida e lasciar riposare 5 minuti.

In una ciotola capiente, mescolare il mascarpone con lo yogurt greco, la polvere proteica e l'essenza di vaniglia fino a ottenere un composto liscio e omogeneo.
