In una ciotola grande, sbatti il miele, lo zucchero di cocco e l'uovo fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Aggiungi l'albume e mescola bene.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina d'avena, il bicarbonato, la cannella, i chiodi di garofano e la noce moscata. Mescola gli ingredienti secchi e incorporali al composto umido fino a formare un impasto appiccicoso.
