Inizia svuotando i carapaci dei granchi, conservando la polpa e pulendo bene i gusci.

Ammolla il pane integrale nel latte scremato fino a che non si ammorbidisce.

In una padella, scalda l'olio d'oliva e aggiungi la cipolla e l'aglio tritati. Fai soffriggere a fuoco medio per 3-4 minuti fino a doratura.

Unisci nella padella la polpa di granchio, il pane ammollato, il succo di limone, il prezzemolo, il sale e il pepe. Mescola bene e fai cuocere per 5 minuti a fuoco basso.
