In una ciotola, unisci la scorza grattugiata di mezzo limone con l'eritritolo.

Aggiungi l'uovo, lo yogurt greco e il succo d'arancia; mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Incorpora la farina di mandorle, il bicarbonato di sodio e un pizzico di sale, amalgamando fino a formare un impasto morbido.
