Scalda l'olio di sesamo in una padella grande a fuoco medio-alto. Aggiungi il cavolo, il cipollotto, le carote e l'aglio; cuoci e mescola fino a quando il cavolo diventa tenero, circa 3-4 minuti.

Aggiungi il pollo macinato e lo zenzero; continua a cuocere fino a quando il pollo è ben cotto e sbriciolato, circa 5-7 minuti. Unisci la salsa di soia e mescola bene, poi lascia raffreddare il composto.
