In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con il latte, il sale e il pepe fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Scalda l'olio in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio. Versa le uova sbattute e cuoci mescolando di frequente fino a ottenere delle uova strapazzate morbide, poi trasferiscile in una ciotola e tienile da parte.

Nella stessa padella, posiziona una tortilla integrale e distribuisci uniformemente metà del formaggio light sulla superficie.

Aggiungi metà delle uova strapazzate e metà del tacchino affettato su un lato della tortilla. Cuoci per 2-3 minuti fino a quando il formaggio non si è sciolto.

Ripiega la tortilla a metà, coprendo il ripieno, e cuoci fino a doratura, circa 2 minuti per lato.
