Method

In una pentola capiente, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungere la cipolla tritata. Cuocere fino a quando diventa trasparente.

Aggiungere la carne di manzo macinata e rosolarla fino a quando non è più rosa, spezzettandola con un cucchiaio di legno.

Unire le carote e il sedano, mescolando bene per far insaporire le verdure.

Aggiungere i pomodori pelati, le zucchine e il brodo vegetale. Mescolare e portare a ebollizione.

Ridurre il fuoco e coprire, lasciando sobbollire per circa 30 minuti, fino a quando le verdure sono tenere.

Aggiustare di sale, pepe e paprika dolce e cuocere per ulteriori 10-20 minuti senza coperchio, per far addensare il sugo.
