Inizia sciacquando il riso integrale sotto acqua corrente fino a quando l'acqua non risulta limpida. Cuoci il riso in una pentola con il doppio del volume d'acqua per circa 25 minuti, fino a quando è tenero e ha assorbito l'acqua.

In una ciotola, mescola l'aceto di riso con il sale e i semi di sesamo tostati. Una volta cotto, trasferisci il riso in una ciotola e amalgama il composto di aceto.
