Preriscalda il forno a 175°C e rivesti una teglia da forno di 20x30 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola grande, mescola la farina integrale, le proteine in polvere, le uova, il latte scremato, l'olio di cocco e l'estratto di vaniglia con una frusta fino ad ottenere un composto liscio.
