Preriscalda il forno a 175°C. Ungi una teglia a ciambella da 25 cm e cospargi con un po' di farina integrale.

In una ciotola, mescola la farina integrale, il cacao, il lievito e il bicarbonato.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti lo yogurt greco con l'eritritolo fino a ottenere un composto cremoso. Aggiungi le uova, il caffè e l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolando bene.
