In una padella antiaderente, riscalda l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la cipolla tritata, facendola rosolare fino a doratura per circa 5-7 minuti.

Unisci l'aglio e lo zenzero grattugiati, il pepe di cayenna, la curcuma e il sale; mescola per un minuto fino a sentire il profumo delle spezie.
