Sbuccia e taglia a cubetti le patate dolci, poi cuocile al vapore insieme al cavolfiore, alle carote e ai piselli per circa 10 minuti fino a quando sono teneri.

In una padella grande, scalda l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la cipolla rossa affettata. Soffriggi per circa 5-7 minuti fino a doratura.
