Cuoci i gamberetti freschi in acqua bollente per 2-3 minuti, poi scolali e tagliali a metà longitudinalmente.

Sciacqua la pasta di shirataki in acqua calda per 2 minuti, scolala e tagliala in pezzi gestibili.

Prepara una ciotola con acqua tiepida e immergi brevemente la carta di riso (circa 10 secondi) fino a renderla flessibile.

Stendi la carta di riso su un piano e disponi nel centro: shirataki, gamberetti, carote, lattuga e basilico.

Arrotola stretto partendo dal basso e piega i lati verso l'interno per sigillare bene.
