Cuocere i vermicelli di riso in acqua bollente per 3-4 minuti, scolali e raffreddali sotto acqua corrente.

Scolare il tofu e tagliarlo a bastoncini. In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio di sesamo e rosolare il tofu per 5-7 minuti fino a doratura.

Lavare e tagliare il cetriolo e le carote a strisce sottili. Tagliare i peperoni a falde rettangolari.
