Method

In una ciotola capiente, mescola il pollo macinato, la cipolla, i pomodori, il prezzemolo, l'aglio, l'origano, il timo, la paprika, il sale e il pepe fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Dividi il composto di carne uniformemente tra le tortillas, stendendolo in uno strato sottile fino ai bordi.

Arrotola ciascuna tortilla su se stessa formando un log e avvolgila nella pellicola trasparente. Riponi in frigorifero per almeno 15 minuti.

Rimuovi la pellicola e affetta ciascun rotolo in dischi spessi circa 2 cm.

Infilza i dischi sugli spiedini e posizionali su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 10 minuti, girando a metà cottura. Puoi anche accendere il grill per 2 minuti finali per dorarli.
