Sciacqua il riso integrale in un colino fino a quando l'acqua non risulta chiara. Metti il riso in una pentola con 2 tazze d'acqua, porta a ebollizione, poi riduci il fuoco e copri, lasciando cuocere per 35-40 minuti fino a quando è tenero.

Nel frattempo, prepara le verdure: pela la carota e il cetriolo, quindi tagliali a strisce sottili.
