Method

In una ciotola, mescola la salsa di soia, l'aceto di riso, il miele, l'olio di sesamo, l'aglio, lo zenzero, il pepe e il peperoncino fresco fino a ottenere una marinata omogenea.

Metti le costine in un sacchetto richiudibile e versa la marinata, facendo attenzione a ricoprire bene la carne. Lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore.

Preriscalda una griglia a fuoco medio-alto e spennella leggermente con olio.

Rimuovi le costine dalla marinata, scartando l'eccesso, e cuocile sulla griglia per circa 10-12 minuti, girandole a metà cottura e spennellando con la marinata rimanente.

Quando le costine sono ben cotte e caramellate, toglile dal fuoco e lasciale riposare per 5 minuti.

Servi le costine guarnite con i semi di sesamo e il cipollotto affettato.
