In una ciotola, mescola la salsa di soia, il burro di arachidi, l'olio d'oliva, l'aglio tritato, la paprika, il sale e il pepe fino a ottenere una salsa omogenea.

Aggiungi i cubetti di pollo alla marinata e mescola bene per farli insaporire. Lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti.

Nel frattempo, prepara le verdure: infilza il pollo marinato, la cipolla, i peperoni, i funghi e la zucchina su spiedini di legno.

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C.

Disponi gli spiedini su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno e spennella con la marinata rimanente.

Cuoci in forno per circa 25 minuti, girando gli spiedini a metà cottura, fino a quando il pollo è cotto e le verdure sono tenere.
