Method

Inizia mettendo l'uvetta in una ciotola con un po' d'acqua calda per farla ammollare per circa 30 minuti.

Scalda lo yogurt greco in un pentolino a fuoco medio-basso fino a farlo diventare tiepido, poi aggiungi il cardamomo e lo zafferano, mescolando bene.

In una ciotola a parte, sciogli il lievito di birra nell'acqua tiepida con un cucchiaino di miele e lascia riposare fino a quando non forma una schiuma, circa 10 minuti.

Trasferisci il composto di lievito in una ciotola capiente, aggiungi la miscela di yogurt, il miele rimanente, l'uovo e un pizzico di sale. Mescola bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi la farina integrale poco alla volta, impastando fino a ottenere un impasto liscio e omogeneo, circa 5 minuti.
