In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con lo yogurt greco e il miele fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi la scorza di limone e l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolando bene.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci le farine, il lievito e il sale, quindi incorpora il mix secco al composto di uova, mescolando delicatamente fino ad amalgamare.
