Method

In una padella grande, scaldare l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio-alto e aggiungere il pollo macinato, cuocendo fino a doratura.

Aggiungere la cipolla e l'aglio, cuocendo finché non diventano teneri.

Unire i funghi e continuare la cottura per alcuni minuti.

Versare i pomodori pelati e condire con sale, pepe, basilico, cannella e origano. Cuocere a fuoco lento per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, cuocere le patate dolci in acqua bollente per circa 5 minuti, poi scolarle.

Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C.

In una pirofila, stendere metà delle patate dolci, quindi coprire con metà del sugo di carne.

Cospargere con metà del formaggio, quindi ripetere gli strati, terminando con il formaggio in cima.
