Method

Metti a bagno i fagioli borlotti in acqua fredda per almeno 8 ore. Scolali e risciacquali bene.

Cuoci i fagioli in una pentola con acqua fresca per circa 40 minuti o finché non sono teneri. Scolali e metti da parte.

In una padella, scalda l'olio e soffriggi la cipolla tritata finché non diventa trasparente.

Aggiungi il pollo macinato e cuoci fino a doratura, quindi unisci la salsa di pomodoro, il miele, la senape, il pepe e la paprika. Mescola bene e lascia insaporire per 5 minuti.

In una teglia da forno, unisci i fagioli e il composto di pollo, mescola bene, poi aggiungi il rosmarino.

Copri la teglia con un foglio di alluminio e inforna a 180°C per 30 minuti. Rimuovi il foglio e cuoci per altri 10-15 minuti per far dorare la superficie.
