Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia quadrata di 20 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con il latte di mandorle e lo sciroppo d'acero fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

In un'altra ciotola, mescola la farina d'avena, il lievito, la vaniglia e il sale.
