Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti uno stampo da 24 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola grande, mescola la farina di mandorle, la farina di cocco, il lievito e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti le uova con il miele, lo yogurt greco, il succo di lime e la tequila fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
