Inizia tritando finemente la cipolla e l'aglio.

In una padella antiaderente, riscalda un filo d'olio e aggiungi la cipolla e l'aglio, facendoli rosolare fino a doratura.

Unisci il petto di pollo macinato e i funghi tritati, mescolando fino a completa cottura del pollo.
