Preriscalda il forno a 190°C.

In una padella grande e adatta al forno, scalda l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio.

Aggiungi i pezzi di cavolo e rosolali per circa 5 minuti, finché non saranno leggermente dorati.

Rimuovi il cavolo dalla padella e mettilo da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungi la cipolla e cuoci per 3-4 minuti, finché non sarà tenera.

Aggiungi il brodo vegetale, la senape, il sale, il pepe, la noce moscata e l'aglio. Porta a ebollizione.

Rimetti il cavolo nella padella, copri con un coperchio e trasferisci in forno.

Cuoci per 30 minuti, poi scopri e gira il cavolo. Cuoci per altri 10-15 minuti, finché il cavolo non risulti tenero.
