Rosolare 60g di manzo macinato in padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto con le spezie taco (peperoncino, cumino, aglio in polvere), circa 5 minuti, poi salare leggermente.

Stendere 25g di cheddar grattugiato direttamente in padella pulita e preriscaldata, formando una base circolare, cuocere 2-3 minuti fino a doratura croccante.

Disporre il manzo cotto sulla base di formaggio, aggiungere peperoni verdi drenati (20g), pomodoro tritato (30g) e altri 15g di cheddar.

Infornare a 180°C per 8-10 minuti fino a gratinatura.
