Pelare e tagliare cipolla, porro, carote e zucchine in piccoli cubetti. Tagliare il cavolo verza a julienne sottile e tritare gli spinaci.

Scaldare l'olio in una pentola capiente e aggiungere cipolla, porro e aglio, rosolare per 3-4 minuti fino a quando diventano trasparenti.

Aggiungere le carote, le zucchine e il cavolo verza, cuocere per altri 5 minuti mescolando spesso.

Aggiungere il petto di pollo tritato e cuocere per 3-4 minuti, mescolando per evitare grumi, finché non diventa bianco.
