In una ciotola, unisci il latte scremato, le uova intere, lo sciroppo d'acero, le proteine in polvere, la cannella e il sale. Mescola bene con una frusta fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e senza grumi.

Versa il composto in un piatto fondo ampio e lascialo riposare 2 minuti perché la miscela si stabilizzi.
