Sbriciola i crackers integrali in una ciotola e uniscili al burro di mandorle. Mescola fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Con l'aiuto di un cucchiaio, distribuisci e pressa il composto sul fondo di 10 ciotoline trasparenti, quindi riponi in frigorifero per far solidificare.

Lava e trita finemente il basilico fresco, poi mettilo in una ciotola.

Aggiungi lo yogurt greco e la ricotta light al basilico tritato, mescolando bene fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso.

Metti a bagno i fogli di gelatina in acqua fredda per 5 minuti, quindi strizzali e scioglili in un pentolino con il latte di mandorla tiepido.

Unisci il latte con la gelatina al composto di formaggi e mescola fino ad amalgamare.
