Taglia il tofu a cubetti e asciugalo con carta assorbente. Scaldalo in una padella antiaderente con l'olio EVO a fuoco medio per circa 6-7 minuti fino a doratura.

Cuoci i floretti di cavolfiore in acqua salata per circa 12 minuti, fino a quando sono teneri, quindi scolali bene.

In una ciotola, unisci il cavolfiore cotto, il tofu dorato, il cilantro, l'aglio, il soffritto e la paprika.

Aggiungi il brodo vegetale caldo e amalgama il tutto con una forchetta fino a ottenere una consistenza densa ma compatta.
