Method

Preriscalda il forno a 175°C e rivesti una teglia con carta da forno. In una ciotola, mescola il cacao con 80 ml di acqua calda e lascia raffreddare per 5 minuti.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti le uova con il dolcificante fino a ottenere un composto gonfio. Aggiungi lo yogurt e l'estratto di vaniglia, poi il composto di cacao.

Unisci la farina di avena, il lievito e il sale, mescolando fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
