Iniziate grigliando le melanzane e le zucchine, tagliate a fette spesse, su una griglia o in padella antiaderente, senza olio, fino a doratura.

In una padella, scaldate 3g di olio EVO e rosolate la cipolla tritata per qualche minuto. Aggiungete il pollo macinato e cuocete per circa 5 minuti, mescolando fino a doratura.

Incorporate i pomodori a cubetti, il prezzemolo, l'origano, sale e pepe a piacere, e lasciate sobbollire per 10 minuti.
