Frulla il cioccolato fondente a pezzi in un mixer fino a ridurlo in granuli fini, circa 30 secondi.

In una ciotola a bagnomaria a fuoco basso, sciogli il cioccolato tritato aggiungendo 2 cucchiai di panna tiepida per facilitare l'operazione, mescolando con una spatola fino a ottenere una crema liscia (2-3 minuti).
