Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e posizionare 12 pirottini di carta in una teglia per muffin.

In una ciotola grande, versare le uova intere e montarle leggermente con una frusta manuale per 2 minuti.

Aggiungere lo yogurt greco, la scorza d'arancia grattugiata, il succo d'arancia e l'olio di cocco fuso (tiepido); mescolare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

In un'altra ciotola, setacciare insieme la farina di cocco, le proteine in polvere al cacao, il cacao amaro, il lievito, il sale e la stevia.

Incorporare gli ingredienti secchi agli ingredienti bagnati con una spatola, mescolando delicatamente fino a non avere grumi. Aggiungere le gocce di cioccolato fondente.

Distribuire l'impasto nei pirottini, riempiendo fino a ¾ dell'altezza.

Cuocere in forno per 12-14 minuti, fino a quando uno stuzzicadenti inserito al centro esce quasi pulito.
