Method

Inizia mettendo il petto di pollo in una pentola capiente e coprilo con il brodo vegetale. Porta a ebollizione e poi riduci la fiamma per far sobbollire per circa 20 minuti fino a cottura. Rimuovi il pollo, lascialo raffreddare e poi sfilaccialo.
