Pela le patate dolci e lessale in abbondante acqua fino a quando non diventano tenere. Scola e schiaccia bene.

In una ciotola ampia, unisci le patate dolci schiacciate, lo yogurt greco, l'olio d'oliva, il sale e, se desideri un tocco di dolcezza, il miele. Mescola fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
