In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio.

Aggiungere la cipolla rossa affettata e farla rosolare fino a renderla traslucida.

Unire le mele a cubetti e cuocere per circa 5 minuti, fino a quando iniziano ad ammorbidirsi.

Nel frattempo, in un'altra padella, cuocere il petto di pollo a fuoco medio-alto per circa 6-7 minuti per lato, fino a doratura.
