Method

In una casseruola, unisci la carne macinata e il sidro di mele, portando a ebollizione. Riduci la fiamma e fai sobbollire per circa 10 minuti fino a quando la carne è cotta.

Rimuovi la carne dalla casseruola e tritala grossolanamente.

Nella stessa casseruola, aggiungi le mele a cubetti, le albicocche, l'uvetta, il miele, la cannella, lo zenzero, la noce moscata e il sale. Cuoci a fuoco lento per 20 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto, fino a quando le mele si ammorbidiscono e il composto si addensa.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

Stendi la base per torta integrale in una tortiera, versando il ripieno al centro.

Copri con un secondo strato di pasta e sigilla bene i bordi. Fai dei tagli sulla superficie per permettere al vapore di uscire.
