Cuocere a vapore i calamari, la seppia e la coda di rospo per circa 10-12 minuti, conditi con sale e pepe.

In un pentolino, portare a ebollizione 150 ml di acqua con lo scalogno affettato, un pizzico di sale e l'aceto di vino bianco. Aggiungere la carota tagliata a julienne e cuocere per 7-8 minuti a fuoco medio.

Preparare gli shirataki secondo le istruzioni del pacchetto, sciacquandoli e scaldandoli per 2-3 minuti.
