Method

Metti a mollo i noodles di riso integrali in acqua calda per circa 20 minuti fino a quando diventano morbidi, poi scolali e mettili da parte.

In una padella grande, scalda l'olio di cocco a fuoco medio-alto e aggiungi il pollo a cubetti, rosolandolo fino a doratura.

Rimuovi il pollo dalla padella e mettilo da parte. Nella stessa padella, rompi le uova e cuocile mescolando fino a che non sono ben cotte.

Aggiungi i broccoli e le carote nella padella e cuoci per circa 3 minuti, fino a quando le verdure iniziano a diventare tenere.

Unisci i noodles scolati, il pollo, la salsa di soia e il succo di lime. Mescola bene per amalgamare gli ingredienti e cuoci per altri 3-4 minuti.

Aggiungi i germogli di soia e il peperoncino fresco, mescolando per un minuto finale.
